Its flagship product, the AM970 all‑scenario intelligent robot SoC, integrates a 5 TOPS NPU and dedicated SLAM IP, supporting six simultaneous HD video streams – covering perception, decision‑making, and control for consumer to industrial robots. Yiwei also offers two AI robot solutions: the CUBIE desktop companion robot and a home mobile monitoring robot.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Hengqin, Zhuhai, Yiwei is a national‑level "Little Giant" enterprise. In October 2025, it rebranded from Yiwei Semiconductor to Yiwei Technology, positioning itself as a full‑chain intelligent robotics technology provider – offering turnkey mobile robot solutions built on its own SoC, motor control algorithms, high‑precision sensors, robot algorithms, and open SDK platform.

ICgoodFind Takeaway:
Yiwei's IPO bid highlights growing capital interest in robot SoCs. With strong R&D and a full‑stack solution, the company is well‑positioned to ride the robotics wave – and its listing could accelerate domestic robot chip commercialization.
